We see dozens of homes each month, but a few always rise to the top. In 2025, we’re pulling back the curtain and sharing our favorite stages from each month, highlighting the homes that truly captured our design vision. Whether it’s a perfectly layered living room, a standout primary suite, or a layout that just works, this series celebrates the stages we’re most excited about and gives you an inside look at our staging approach and the homes that best represent Sagewood Interiors’ style.

January | South Depew Street

This was a special project to start the year off strong as we were a part of updating the design of the home and got to help pick out all the finishes and then bring it all together with furniture and staging!

February | Madison Street

We love an old bungalow in the heart of Denver. This home had so much character and it was so fun to style it true to its craftsman charm!

March | Columbine Avenue

This home was designed by a friend and it was so special to get to stage it for her! It really fit well with the Sagewood Interiors style which allowed us to show off all the amazing features of this home beautifully. We really loved all the wall treatments and paint colors that made such a high impact to each space.

April | Willowbrook Road

This month was tough to choose.. we were so lucky to stage so many special homes! But this one by far was the most unique. It really tested our designs as it wasn’t necessarily our go – to style but we are so proud of how it turned out!

May | Spyglass Drive

May was a busy month but this home particularly captured the Sagewood style with stunning finishes and allowed us to show off some of our pieces that lean more vintage and traditional. We have really enjoyed thrifting this year and plan to continue to include thrifted items in our stages! It feels more personal and unique in each home’s journey that we are so lucky to be a part of.

June | Little Raven Trail

This home stood out to us when looking back on June particularly because of the high end pieces we used here. We are lucky to shop through design trade accounts allowing us to get large scale and high end items to fill up these massive homes.

Side note – if you ever see a retail item that you love but it is so expensive, let us know! We likely get a discount and can help you purchase for a more affordable price.

July | Saddleback Drive

This home had some stunning features but the hidden speak easy room by far was our favorite part to style! Any time we get to set up a space outside of the “normal” day to day rooms we get so excited! We get to be more creative and love getting to show off a room that some people have may have a hard time envisioning as a functional space.

August | Aspen Drive

Another unique home for us that is one we will always remember! This house had a lot of brick and mid century bones with a touch of glam stye added in. Blending the design of this home with staging was defiantly tricky but we love how each space turned out.

September | Conifer Drive

Fall arrived and we got to stage the coolest mountain modern home with the most amazing views! Plus we staged a bonus space aside from the main spaces we typically do and it was the cutest little boy’s room with matching beds, our favorite addition!

the cutest bonus room

October | Osceola Street

An inviting home right from the entry with its beautiful arched wood door. This home was our favorite stage of the month. We brought in a clean neutral palate in here and let the character and design finishes of the home speak for itself!

November | South Hudson Way

The design elements in this home were so intentional and luxurious but still so livable. From the second you walk in the door it feels like you are right at home. Brining in some of our favorite staging pieces really brought the whole space together leaving it as our most memorable project of November!

December | Alla Breve

This luxury new development in Lone Tree was a perfect blank canvas, with gorgeous finishes. It was so inviting and had such great natural lighting. It was so fun to plan a design that made this property stand out from the others in the community and we got to use some of our favorite new custom furniture!
