Working from client-provided photos and room measurements, as well as client responses to a custom E-Design questionnaire, Sagewood virtually designs your space for you. E-Design includes room concept boards, a detailed furniture layout plan, and a curated furniture, artwork, and decorations list with clickable links for easy access to each piece of decor.

The E-Design Process
Space Assessment
We meet with you at your property for a residence walkthrough, an assessment of your home’s target market, and a discussion about your staging needs and budget.
You provide Sagewood designers with photos (the more, the merrier) as well as room measurements of every room you would like redesigned.
Design Questionnaire
A proposal outlining design direction, number of rooms to be staged, a furnishing list, the staging timeline, and project cost is sent your way for review.
Sagewood provides you with our custom questionnaire for evaluating your aesthetic preferences, assessing your design needs based on lifestyle, and pinpointing your available design budget.
Moodboard
Our creative team and staging crew delivers and installs your property stage in as little time as one day, readying your home for Denver’s red-hot real estate market.
Our design team creates and sends you a custom mood board outlining an aesthetic direction for the project and types of furniture, artwork, and decorations to be curated.
Curation & Layout
Once an offer on your home is accepted and a 7 business day notice is given to our team, we schedule a date for your staging removal and de-stage your property within a day.
Upon your approval of the provided moodboard, we will create a curated list of furniture, artwork, and decorations that fit your budget, as well as design a layout for the selected pieces.
